policies *⭐️* All services $200 and over require a Non refundable $50 deposit to confirm your booking. This will be applied to your finished service price at the end of your appointment. (*late and cancelations policies also apply on top of the non refundable fee.)  ❤️If my schedule allows, I’m willing to book outside of my normal working hours (early morning or late night). These bookings will include a 20% of total service convenience fee. Referrals:  ♥️ Refer a friend and get a free haircut! Sickness: 😷 If you have an uncontrolled cough, shingles ( we do have older clients and shingles is very contagious), and or fever or haven’t been fever free for 24hrs, please call to reschedule. No cancelation fee will be charged. I will be following this same policy. The less sickness we share, the less risk for me or you having to cancel due to sickness.  Late: ⏰ I will send a courtesy text at the 5 mins late mark. 15 mins or more late may result in having to reschedule and will be considered a cancelation ( same fees apply) UNLESS you have contacted me and confirmed I can still accommodate your service. A $20 rescheduling fee  may be required. ( especially with repeated repeated lateness. ) Changes in service, reschedules & Cancelations: For changes in services (partial cancelation/ removing services), reschedules and cancelations,  notice must be given 48hrs before appt time. If less than 48hr notice is given, a fee will be charge/billed or added to your rescheduled service.   *** Rescheduled appts with less than 48hrs notice will have a fee of $25. ***Same day cancelations or no shows will be asked to pay 50% of the appt.  ( or 50% of partial service cancelled) Non-payment can result in client dismissal. ⭐️ (Exemptions: contagious sickness, true emergencies, extreme weather) Partial cancelations: If several services are booked, then at the beginning of an appt services are eliminated. Ex: Client booked for cut and highlight. At appt, decide to just do cut. This is a partial cancelation and same day cancelation fee will apply.  No-Show: 🤷🏼‍♀️ 50% of service will be billed for no shows and must be paid before booking another appt.  Non-payment can result in client dismissal. ( ⭐️ Exemptions: true emergencies/ death, sickness, extreme weather)  Please be considerate of my booking schedule. If you’d like to change your service(s) Please contact me ASAP. I will always strive to accommodate you the best I can. I cannot guarantee time or product for unplanned changes at time of service.  I will be enforcing these policies ( as painful as it will be for me to do so...) but I’m becoming busier and protecting my time and yours and your booking options is my number 1 priority.  Complaints, problems or Issues:  Please do not hesitate to contact me ASAP to discuss and or book a fix/adjustment. A “fix/adjustment” service must be completed within 2 weeks after original service to be complimentary.  (Exceptions will be made at my discretion depending on service needed). Any requests for changes or fixes/adjustments made after the 2 week mark will be charged as a service.  No refunds.  I reserve the right to deny services that I feel will be overly damaging to your hair or will present my work in a negative light or that I don’t feel 100% comfortable doing.  Specialties: Curly hair, Perms, Blondes, Balayage/ Hair painting/strandlights , Color corrections, Creative color and No- sew beaded row extension.
